Is SkyWest Virtual the real SkyWest Airlines?
No. SkyWest Virtual is an independent flight-simulation community and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by SkyWest Airlines.
What simulators are supported?
The public program is designed around Microsoft Flight Simulator and X-Plane. Specific aircraft/add-on support can be coordinated through the Crew Center and Discord.
How are flights tracked?
SkyWest Virtual uses its Crew Center and smartCARS workflow for flight tracking and PIREP operations.
Does this change the existing application or OAuth system?
No. This public-site redesign intentionally leaves the existing application and OAuth flow untouched.
Where do I access training?
The dedicated training environment is available at training.skwvirtual.com and is linked directly from this site.
